MGSTL Family Program
an All-Inclusive package
MGSTL Family levels will all include All-In Desktop for the family. This will be up to 5 different computers. Have more than that? No problem, we can add additional computers for $15 per computer. We will also include Knock/NOC Network Management for one location. Have other places you’d like us to monitor? No problem! We can add any additional location for $182.50 per location. We will also throw in your network firmware updates and a yearly computer checkup for all of your computers listed in our system! We value you all as clients and want to show our appreciation any way we are able. This is our best way to help you out and give you the best rates possible.
Let’s talk levels:
APARTMENT
$2,500 Annually
Included in Package: 12 hours of time to use per year, All-In Desktop for up to 5 computers, Knock/NOC Network Management, firmware updates for all network equipment, yearly computer checkup and software upgrade (if applicable).
Overage: If you go over your 12 hours you don’t have to worry. You will be billed at a discounted rate of $150/hr instead of a $160/hr. All remote support will remain billed at $120/hr.
DUPLEX
$6,300 Annually
Included in Package: 36 hours of time to use per year, All-In Desktop for up to 5 computers, Knock/NOC Network Management, firmware updates for all network equipment, yearly computer checkup and software upgrade (if applicable).
Overage: If you go over your 36 hours you don’t have to worry. You will be billed at a discounted rate of $140/hr instead of a $160/hr. All remote support will remain billed at $120/hr.
MANOR
$12,000 Annually
Included in Package: 72 hours of time to use per year, All-In Desktop for up to 5 computers, Knock/NOC Network Management, firmware updates for all network equipment, yearly computer checkup and software upgrade (if applicable).
Overage: If you go over your 12 hours you don’t have to worry. You will be billed at a discounted rate of $130/hr instead of a $160/hr. All remote support will remain billed at $120/hr.
We wanted to make sure you have as many options as we can give you. Each package has over $1000 in savings for you as well as discounted rates for service. You can choose from any package and we can re-evaluate the package at the end of the year before renewal. Any unused time will roll over to the next year. These plans can be bought or gifted.
